We are experienced in providing a wide range of services including breakfasts, conference services, luncheons, dinners, receptions, delivery and much more. Please use this Guide as a tool in planning your event. In addition to the menus and services described in this Guide, we are more than happy to tailor our services for your needs. Catering Information

Sodexho is eager to work with you to develop an event that is uniquely yours, one that you will be both proud and comfortable to serve. Please do not feel that we are limited to the menu items listed in our guide. We will be delighted to create new and exciting menus upon request. We possess the expertise and flexibility to create menus that will satisfy your needs and budget.

The following catering information is designed to assist you in the planning of your special event. It is a general catering guide; it only partially reflects the wide range of dining possibilities that our Sodexho Dining Services catering team can offer.

Room Reservations: A facilities reservation request form must be completed and routed to the appropriate individuals for approval as early as possible to ensure desired location. At the time you reserve the room, make arrangements for room set-up details, such as tables, chairs and audio- visual equipment.

Scheduling: Contact the Catering Office at (956) 292-7484 at least seven days (7) prior to the event. Arrangements can be made by phone, but for thorough discussion of your event an appointment can be scheduled. The Catering Office is located in the Cafeteria at UT Pan American. We will make every effort to fulfill your needs regardless of the amount of advance notice. Orders scheduled within 48 hours may be subject to a 5% surcharge. Catered events for fifty (50) guests or more will require at least ten (10) work days notice.

Guarantee: Scheduled catered events require a final headcount guarantee 72 hours prior to date of event. If no guarantee is received, a preparation for the estimated number will be prepared and charged accordingly.

Cancellations: Cancellations may be accepted a minimum of three (3) work days (72 hours) prior to the event. An additional fee may be assessed for late cancellations.

Off Premise Functions

Wait staff service is included with plated meals. A surcharge for off-premise deliveries will be assessed at the rate of:

50 to 99 guess $ 10.00
100 to 149 guests $ 15.00
150 to 199 guest $ 20.00
200 and up $ 25.00

Billing: Sodexho accepts cash, checks, major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard).

University customers providing departmental accounts at the time of scheduling will be billed invoice upon completion of service.

Non-University customers must provide 50% advance payment three (3) days prior to the event and the balance due upon date of service.
